People ask me why I don’t have an iPhone. It’s the network; U.S. Cellular has the best call quality in Chicago. For the tenth time in a row, it came out on top of the North Central region in J.D. Power and Associates 2010 U.S. Wireless Call Quality Performance Study for the North Central region which states that, “U.S. Cellular has fewer customer-reported problems with dropped calls, failed initial connections, interference and echoes.”
